Welcome to Natural Nursery. By accessing or purchasing from our website (https://naturalnurserys.in/) or our offline store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • Natural Nursery (“we,” “us,” “our”) is engaged in selling plants, seeds, gardening tools, pots, and related products both online and offline.
  • By using our website or visiting our store, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, as plants are living products, actual size, shape, and color may vary slightly from the pictures shown.
  • Plant growth, flowering, and survival depend on proper care and environmental conditions, which are the buyer’s responsibility after delivery.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST .
  • We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallets, and cash for offline orders.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment (for online orders) or as per mutual agreement (for offline orders).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with details.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • We currently deliver across Noida, Delhi NCR, and nearby areas.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on plant availability, location, and weather conditions.
  • For live plants, we ensure safe packaging, but minor damages (leaf bending, shedding) during transit are natural and non-refundable.
  • The customer must be available to receive the order; failed deliveries may incur an additional charge.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Live plants are non-returnable once delivered unless damaged beyond recovery during transit.
  • Non-plant products (pots, tools, etc.) may be returned within 3 days in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Plant Care & Guarantee

  • We provide basic care instructions with every plant.
  • As plants are perishable and dependent on external factors, we do not guarantee flowering, fruiting, or survival after delivery unless specified under a separate warranty scheme.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Natural Nursery and cannot be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Natural Nursery is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse of plants, or damages caused by improper handling.
  • Some plants may be toxic if ingested; customers are advised to keep them away from children and pets.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
